We offer fast and reliable shipping across Australia, New Zealand and internationally via trusted carriers. Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy.

🛻Australia and New Zealand Domestic Shipping

Provided we have local stock of all ordered items in the required quantities, we will use domestic shipping.

  • Dispatch within 1-2 business days.
  • Tracking is provided once shipped.
  • Transit time is 3-4 business days (NZ), 3-6 business days (AU).

Shipping times are what NZ Post and Australia Post aim at, but it is not guaranteed.

✈️International Shipping

  • Dispatch within 1-2 business day.
  • Tracking is provided once shipped.
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5-8 business days.
  • Argentina & Chile: 9-15 business days.
  • South Africa: 5-10 business days.
  • Europe & UK: 5-10 business days.
  • US & Canada: 5-10 business days.
  • Middle East / UAE: 5-10 business days (please mind potential delays due local circumstances).

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking information.

Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All international shipments include tracking.
We may offer free delivery on orders over 51AUD, 60NZD, 32EUR, 36USD or equivalent of 51AUD in other currencies.

Duties & Taxes

Please note that CoralSpell is not responsible for potential customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges applied to international orders. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on any potential costs before ordering.

Delivery Estimates

International delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, except for Express delivery services. If your delivery is more than 10 working days overdue for AU & NZ orders, or more than 20 working days overdue for international orders from the date of dispatch, please contact us.

Weekend & Holiday Orders

Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday are dispatched on Monday. Orders placed on weekend AU & NZ holidays are processed the next working day.

Please Note

You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (Christmas day, sales, etc), due to wild weather, or due to other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond CoralSpell reasonable control.

Please ensure your shipping address and other key details are entered accurately at the time of purchase.
