Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Change of Mind
We offer a full refund, return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Currently, we only accept returns within Australia and New Zealand due to high postage and customs charges.

We cannot accept returns on hosiery (nylon stockings, hold-ups, tights, and bodystockings, except spandex products). For hygiene reasons, any returned hosiery will be disposed of, and no refund will be issued.

Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unworn, undamaged, free from makeup, perfume, or deodorant, with original tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How To Return or Exchange
To start a return, you can contact us at coralspellcom@gmail.com. Please provide order number in your request. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

We offer free Australia & NZ exchanges. If you’d like to swap your item for another size, please include this information with your return and we will ship the replacement as soon as your parcel is received.

Postage Costs
If you choose to return an item, you will need to pay the return postage yourself.
If the full order is returned, the original shipping fee you paid at checkout will not be refunded.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days from receiving the return. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at coralspellcom@gmail.com.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free from makeup, perfume, or deodorant, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
